Job Description Summary
Exalt Academy is seeking a qualified Healthcare Instructor to lead students in health science courses with an emphasis on emergency medical response. The ideal candidate will combine clinical knowledge with instructional skills to prepare students for future careers in healthcare.

Qualified Candidates Must:

Hold valid licensure in Nursing, related field

Be capable of delivering technical instruction to high school students

Model professionalism and safety in clinical practices

Communicate clearly and effectively with students and parents

Promote personal responsibility, teamwork, and ethical practice
Duties Include:

Teach courses such as Medical Terminology, Health Science, or EMR

Prepare students for industry certification exams

Provide hands-on learning opportunities through labs and simulations

Maintain accurate records, assessments, and certifications

Monitor and manage classroom safety and compliance standards
Education & Certification Requirements:

Valid Nursing license, preferred

Teaching certification preferred but not required

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with healthcare equipment, technology, and procedures

Ability to use digital platforms for instruction and certification tracking

Strong organizational and instructional planning skills
