Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Duties
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Use hand and power tools to perform various tasks
- Maintain productivity with limited direction while supporting project schedules.
Requirements
- At least two years of previous experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
