Position: Server
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
- Knowledgeably describe our Mexican fusion menu and offer recommendations to guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food, making sure all plates are presented beautifully and to order.
- Handle cash, process payments, and provide correct change to guests.
- Help set up and break down the dining room for service.
- Ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk in until they leave.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidates!
- Must be able to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in food and a willingness to learn about our unique, fusion menu.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
- Must be 18 or older (CT state law).
