Salary:
16.96 per hour
Schedule:
Requires weekends and holidays.
- Day Shift: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Mid Shift: 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Job Description
This role is entry level company supervisor starting off in the chain of command at head quarters. This position requires traveling between locations to enforce security protocols, managing urgent situations, and auditing site compliance. Promotion eligibility is based on performance, not seniority.
- Mobile security professional covering multiple sites as needed
- Ability to train officers while maintaining standards.
- Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Must handle situations efficiently following company's SOP's
- Ability to monitor and correct Security Officer’s daily activities and reports
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Must have an active Texas Drivers License
- At least 2 years of Security experience or Prior Military Leadership Experience
- Ability to present strong stable work history
- Pass a background screening which includes criminal background checks (local, State and Federal), drug test and interviews.
