- Identify and develop new client leads through community outreach, social media, referral platforms, and networking.
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, care managers, social workers, physicians’ offices, and other referral sources.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and families.
- Follow up consistently with new and existing leads.
- Explain Loving Hands’ services and schedule consultations with the Owner/Administrator.
- Attend local networking events and make community visits as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, follow-ups, and referral sources.
- Represent Loving Hands Home Health LLC professionally and compassionately.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls, sending messages, and speaking with families and professionals.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach goals.
- Sales, marketing, healthcare, home-care, or community outreach experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation for local outreach.
- Professional appearance and attitude required.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- $18–$22 per hour
- Monday–Friday with some flexibility based on outreach needs

Important: This position is focused on client acquisition, referral development, and community outreach. It does not involve providing hands-on medical or skilled nursing care.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
