Hudson Printing is a full-service commercial printer and large format graphics provider serving Southern California for over 20 years. We're looking for an experienced Large Format Graphics Installer to join our team.
This is a hands-on position where your primary responsibility is installing large format graphics and signage. You'll work directly with customers on-site, lead one installation helper when needed, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of graphics including wall murals, window graphics, door decals, vehicle wraps, 3D lettering, and more
- Confidently work with permanent vinyl on a range of surfaces
- Manage and oversee onsite installations from arrival to completion
- Lead and direct an installation helper
- Represent Hudson Printing professionally while interacting with customers and onsite contacts
- Maintain a prompt, reliable schedule and arrive to jobs on time
- Bring an outgoing, friendly attitude when working with clients and site personnel
- Communicate effectively with the customer.
- Drive Hudson Printing Sprinter vans to and from installation locations
- Assist in large format production tasks when not in the field — mounting signage, stretching canvas, trimming, laminating, and packaging graphics
- Manage time efficiently to complete multiple installs in a day when needed
- Collaborate with Production Managers, Large Format Manager and the Sales Team for job planning and execution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace (both onsite and in-shop)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional large format graphics or sign installation experience
- Experience installing a variety of vinyl graphics and signage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while leading an installation helper when needed
- Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and operating lifts
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
- Experience performing site surveys and field measurements
- Experience operating boom lifts or scissor lifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Vehicle wrap installation experience is a plus but not required
- OSHA or safety certifications are a plus

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
