Painter

Responsibilities: Prepare, seal, and apply protective or decorative finishes (paint, stain) to surfaces.

Key Tasks: Clean and prep surfaces (sanding, masking); mix paint/stains; apply finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers; patch, caulk, and repair minor surface defects.

Skills: Knowledge of color mixing, surface preparation techniques, and safe handling of hazardous materials.
Electrician

Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical power, lighting, control, and communication systems.
