Aero Global Logistics is hiring dependable, hardworking team members to join our warehouse and distribution operations. Multiple positions and shifts are available.

1st Shift Lead $17.00/hr
2nd Shift Lead $17.50/hr
1st Shift Forklift Operator $16.50/hr
2nd Shift Forklift Operator $17.00/hr
Loader 1st Shift $16.00/hr
Loader 2nd Shift $16.50/hr
OPEN POSITIONS LOADERS
- Load and unload automotive parts and freight.
- Prepare products for safe and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and material-handling procedures.
FORKLIFT OPERATORS
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Load, unload, stage, and move product.
- Perform equipment inspections.
- Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
SHIFT LEADS
- Lead daily warehouse and loading operations.
- Coordinate team assignments and workflow.
- Support safety, productivity, and quality standards.
- Assist with training and employee development.
- Serve as a key point of contact for the shift.
BENEFITS & INSURANCE
60 Days: Health insurance eligibility begins.
90 Days: Eligibility for 401(k), dental, vision, and paid holidays. The company also provides employer-paid life insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage.
1 Year: Receive one week of paid vacation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Must be able to pass the company’s Physical Ability Test (PAT).
