Job Description:
Siena's Baldwin Nursing Program is seeking applicants for Adjunct Nursing Faculty to begin September 1, 2026; for the Fall 2026 semester. The individuals will teach either a section of our Health Policy in Nursing Practice course (3 contact hours) or one to two clinical sections of our upper division Population and Public Health Nursing Perspectives course (4 contact hours).

Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a major in Nursing.

Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in New York State.

Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching through a caring science philosophy.

Successful completion of a background screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dr. Jean Watson's Caring Science philosophy.

Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience in a baccalaureate nursing program.

Demonstrated ability to integrate caring science principles into nursing education and practice.
Additional Information:
Salary $1,333.34 per contact hour
