Preferred requirements:
- Background with program/project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelor of Science
This project manager will manage the execution of projects and programs in accordance with organization's program management methodology.
- Develop, prioritize, and submit project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects.
- Define project resources, milestones, and lead teams to execute goals.
- Take ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively can comprise a program.
Located within the Global Regulatory Services team, the project manager will be responsible for:
- Lead complex and/or critical programs, including Extended Producer Responsibility
- Establish/Review/Own the program charter, determining key characteristics of the program and working with sponsors to get this charter approved
- Monitor progress and performance of program against initial plan
- Re-evaluate and steer program based on status and program targets
- Select and manage relationships across businesses and project teams
- Identify and resolve program problems and minimize delays
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of individuals assigned to support the program to ensure milestones are completed on time, within budget and according to expectations
- Leading the team towards developing a set of procedures to ensure sustainability of project results
- Lead meetings, develop slides and present to senior leaders on program status
Pay: $60.00 - $64.67 per hour
