Positions & Responsibilities
Marketing Representative (Fall/Winter/Spring)
- Generate leads by offering free lawn care quotes (No selling required!)
- Door-to-door community outreach
- Schedule: Mon-Fri ~ 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (varies by season)
- Pay: $20/hr during training, $20-$30/hr after
Lawn Care Technician (Summer/Fall)
- Apply fertilizer, weed control & insect treatments
- Quote potential customers in the field
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (varies by season)
- Pay: $20-$30/hr (performance-based, top earners $30+)

Qualifications for Lawn Care Worker/Marketing Representative:
Valid driver’s license and willing to allow our insurance company to review your driving record to determine insurability. Not all driving infractions will lead to denial of employment.
Works well in a team and as an individual
Strong communication & time management skills
Obtain a pesticide applicators license that is paid for by Weed Man
Ability to move across lawns of varying steepness and terrains
Ability to transport 50 pounds 8-10 hours a day
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain, etc.)
