Elderly Housing Management (EHM) is a mission-driven nonprofit organization serving seniors and individuals with disabilities. We’re hiring a Corporate Accounting Analyst to handle corporate accounting, intercompany billing, and payroll- and benefits-related financial reconciliation across a multi-entity environment.
Corporate Accounting Analyst Responsibilities
- Prepare corporate journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial reports
- Own intercompany billing, cost allocations, and true-ups across managed properties
- Reconcile payroll, benefits, and insurance expenses to the general ledger
- Run and analyze payroll and benefits reports (ADP experience a plus)
- Support audits and financial reporting requirements
- Partner with HR and Payroll on payroll- and benefits-related financial matters
Corporate Accounting Analyst Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with multi-entity or nonprofit accounting preferred
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and comfort working independently
- Experience with payroll or benefits accounting strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
