- Perform or manage necessary warranty repairs for our homeowners.
- Work directly with homeowners and confirm trade repairs are completed.
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update service orders in computer system with details of defects and repairs.
- Coordinate return visits; convey needed services, materials, and labor to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a substantive knowledge of our products, installation techniques, and construction.
- Return phone calls and emails with homeowners and trade partners.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
