As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. Every Retail Sales Associate receives hands-on training while building communication, retail, and professional sales skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate
- Welcome customers in-person and create a friendly, professional shopping experience.
- Introduce products and services while helping customers compare available options.
- Answer questions and recommend solutions based on each customer's needs.
- Assist customers with enrollments while providing accurate, attentive service.
- Collaborate with fellow Retail Sales Associate team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Continue building communication and customer engagement skills as a Retail Sales Associate.
Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate
- Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Enjoys working directly with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Coachable, dependable, and motivated to learn.

Pay: $975.00 - $1,400.00 per week
