Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and process material shortages
- Visits jobsite to coordinate and confirm deliveries with the General contractor and subcontractor
- Attend weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
- Schedule with subcontractors to complete scope on schedule
- Identify and assist in resolving potential installation issues
- Responsible for following up on and communicating field progress to ensure on-time completion
- Attend safety meetings as required to facilitate field work
- Responsible for ongoing Quality Assurance and Quality Contro of all field work
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of internal and general contractor-driven punch items.
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual
- Licensed in Asbestos Abatement and Mold by the State of Texas.
- OSHA 10 and 30
- Must have experience in demolition for a minimum of 5 years
- Must have experience working with a team
