Alliance Health & Care Group, LLC is a newly licensed Georgia Private Home Care Provider forming its initial team of dependable and compassionate caregivers for upcoming in-home client assignments.
Potential clients may include older adults, children and adults with disabilities, individuals recovering from illness or injury, and others needing personal care, companionship, safety supervision, or assistance with activities of daily living.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULING INFORMATION
This is a PRN, client-assignment-based position. An immediate assignment, minimum number of weekly hours, or continuous schedule is not guaranteed.
Assignments depend on client enrollment, location, care needs, scheduling requirements, caregiver qualifications, demonstrated competencies, and availability. Employees are not required to remain on-call while waiting for an assignment.
CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the client’s written service plan and the caregiver’s verified training, responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, and eating.
- Assisting with ambulation, positioning, mobility, and transfers.
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when required.
- Providing light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and home-safety support.
- Providing companionship, supervision, respite support, and meaningful engagement.
- Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when authorized.
- Providing medication reminders or assistance with self-administration only when permitted, trained, and included in the service plan.
- Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition to supervisory staff.
- Completing accurate visit notes, timekeeping, and required care documentation.
- Following infection-control, confidentiality, client-rights, incident-reporting, and emergency procedures.
- Arriving on time and providing dependable coverage for every accepted assignment.
This position does not provide skilled nursing, injections, wound care, medical treatments, therapy, or services outside the caregiver’s qualifications and Alliance’s authorized scope.

Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Hold an active Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant credential in good standing;
- Provide documentation of qualifying PCA training or another applicable personal-care credential; or
- Be willing to complete an independent, Alliance-approved PCA credentialing program before employment.
Applicants with home health aide, caregiving, disability-support, senior-care, dementia-care, respite-care, or pediatric-care experience are encouraged to apply. However, this is a Private Home Care Provider caregiver position—not a home health agency or skilled-nursing position.

- Provide current CPR/First Aid documentation or complete it when required for an assignment.
PCA CREDENTIAL ASSISTANCE AND 90-DAY REIMBURSEMENT
Applicants without a qualifying PCA credential may still apply.
Selected candidates may be referred to an independent PCA credentialing program. Candidates must receive written approval from Alliance before enrolling to confirm that the selected program satisfies the applicable Georgia Private Home Care Provider qualification requirements.
Eligible, documented PCA credentialing expenses may be reimbursed after the employee completes 90 calendar days of active employment in good standing. Reimbursement is subject to Alliance’s written reimbursement policy, proof of successful completion, and proof of payment.
Random, incomplete, or unapproved online certificates will not qualify for employment or reimbursement. This program does not provide Georgia CNA certification or placement on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry.
BACKGROUND-CHECK REQUIREMENT
FOR THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT, STATE LAW REQUIRES A NATIONAL AND STATE BACKGROUND CHECK AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.
Final candidates must complete the required GCHEXS process and receive a satisfactory Georgia state and federal fingerprint-based background-check determination before receiving unsupervised client access or beginning an independent client assignment.
Candidates should not schedule or pay for fingerprinting until Alliance provides the proper GCHEXS/GAPS instructions.

Assignments may include:
- Weekday or weekend shifts
- Day or evening shifts
- Overnight assignments
