Job Description Product Owner (MUST HAVE ERP experience) This is basically a BSA but more Agile in Azure DevOps, Data Sprinting, Healthcare experience, hands-on getting into the databases, profiling and analyzing their own data. DataBricks is a bonus, or any platform is okay. Position Description Act as the Product Owner supporting Azure DevOps (not Jira) for Agile Sprinting and data-focused initiatives within an Agile environment Partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data resources to define and prioritize requirements Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development within Azure DevOps Perform hands-on analysis including data profiling, querying, and validation to support data-driven decision-making Translate business needs into clear technical requirements with a focus on data workflows and process optimization Support healthcare-related systems and data initiatives, including ERP/HCM platform integrations Required Skills Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst experience within an Agile environment Data Profiling Analysis a musts Strong SQL querying to look into data to profile and analyze it Strong experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and user story creation Healthcare industry experience with understanding of healthcare data and workflows Experience with ERP/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft) and understanding of how they support business processes Ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams Hands-on experience working with data, including querying, profiling, and analyzing datasets Bonus Skills Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms Exposure to data engineering workflows or data sprinting environments
