As a Project Manager at AMS, you're the multi-talented force behind every mechanical project we deliver. You'll bring together design and engineering, estimating, project management, and entrepreneurial business skills to drive commercial projects from start to finish.
You'll read and translate plans and specifications into operational realities, coordinate labor with superintendents, foremen, and clients, and manage the full scope of project execution, from evaluating quotations and selecting subcontractors to equipment selection, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. A solid understanding of commercial construction logistics, material and equipment handling, and construction-related accounting reports rounds out the role.
