Job Summary
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Food Service General Manager to lead our team in creating memorable dining experiences. In this role, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and leadership, ready to drive success in a fast-paced food service environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation practices.
- Supervise kitchen management tasks including food production, catering services, and banquet events.
- Lead shift management efforts to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while fostering a positive work environment.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the food industry, ideally in quick service or casual dining settings.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated skills in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control, budgeting, and food handling procedures.
- Previous hospitality management experience including hotel or bar settings is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on team leadership and operational excellence.
