FDLBC: Bartender Needed
Located on the corner of 4th st Court, Fond Du Lac Beer Company is Hiring!
Position: Bartender
Wage: $10-$15/ Hour
Hours: Approximately 10-40, preferred 30+
Weekends required.
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME BARTENDER
We are a locally owned craft brewery dedicated to brewing high-quality, innovative beers in a welcoming and fun environment. We take pride in our craft and love sharing our passion with our community. We’re looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable bartenders to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Beer Enthusiast! Willing to be educated on all in house and collaboration taps being served!
● Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all customers
● Pour and serve craft beer with precision, ensuring proper presentation and taste quality
● Educate guests on our beer selections, styles, and brewing process
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
● Check IDs and adhere to all alcohol service laws and regulations
● Handle transactions and operate a POS system accurately
● Assist with brewery events, tastings, and special promotions
● Support team members and contribute to a fun, positive work environment

Paid training and a raise for every level of completion. Level 1 is required within 60 days of employment and is reimbursed after passing or after 1 year of employment.
We are a brewers association member and free training is included with that membership.
WE EXPECT:
● Passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn about our brewery’s offerings
● Previous bartending, serving, or hospitality experience preferred
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
