Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator supports a variety of HR projects and initiatives, including daily HR administration, recruitment and hiring, and serving as the initial point of contact for routine employee inquiries and requests. The HR Coordinator should be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment, solutions-oriented, eager to learn new systems, and committed to providing exceptional customer service to our team members.
Provide excellent customer service to employees by responding to day-to-day employee questions regarding policies and procedures, benefits, pay, and general HR matters; escalate complex or sensitive issues to the HR Manager.
Apply professional judgement, discretion, confidentiality, and integrity within all duties and interactions.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence related to HR or employment.
Serve as initial point of contact for employees with HRIS (Paycom) related questions and support; provide guidance and resolve employee inquiries; forward complex issues to the HR Manager and/or Controller for resolution.
Support HR sponsored training and orientation programs including room coordination, material development, attendance tracking, and employee communication.
Maintain accurate, compliant employee personnel files and HR records.
Process employment and data changes in Paycom accurately and timely.
Support recruitment processes, including posting open positions, coordinating interviews, and coordinating pre-employment steps.
Administer and track new-hire processes, including processing offer paperwork, I-9 completion, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and onboarding documents and checklists.
Assist HR Manager with benefits open enrollment, helping ensure all team members are able to successfully complete their benefits elections in Paycom.
Track and ensure timely completion of required certifications and trainings.
Administer employee name tags.
Process Real Deal/ski away vouchers.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other written materials as requested by the HR Manager.
Assist accounting as needed with miscellaneous data entry, reporting and reconciliation.
