As a Senior Recruiter with French, you will support a global leader in agricultural innovation, helping to attract the talent that drives sustainable agriculture and food production around the world. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering directly with Hiring Managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a diverse portfolio of roles while ensuring an efficient recruitment process and a high-quality experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
In this role, you will act as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing market insights and strategic guidance to Hiring Managers while ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. You will play a key role in driving recruitment excellence, building talent pipelines, and continuously improving recruitment processes to support evolving business needs.
This is a fully remote, 6-month fixed-term opportunity, offering the chance to support a global client within an international recruitment environment.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
- Proactively source, attract, assess, and interview candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment activity in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and recruitment insights to stakeholders, managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure all activity is captured within the applicant tracking system.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and increase hiring effectiveness.
- Share market intelligence and recruitment best practices to support continuous improvement across the account.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in an in-house, agency, or RPO environment.
- Strong experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders in a client-facing recruitment role.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting across multiple functions and business areas.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and service.
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
