Overview
We are seeking a part time server for the summer that can turn into a permanent position. This is a one server shift handling up to 8 tables at a time. Experience is a must and knowledge of thai food is a bonus!
Duties
- Greet and seat customers guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, hand written
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash and card handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and sanitation duties
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all time
Requirements
- Previous experience in fast paced restaurant
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and handle multiple tables efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food handling, and basic math for transactions
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Basic kitchen knowledge or culinary experience is beneficial but not required
- Must have drivers license
- Must have food handlers permit
- Must have MAST
