EverGreen Logistics is adding another Freight Broker to our team!.
This is a sales position with a base salary plus commission pay structure.

Qualifications:
- Preferred but not required: 6 months + of brokerage experience
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as a team or individually
- Motivated to reach monthly sales goals
- Ability to succeed in fast paced environment that requires quick decision making skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
- Obtain required permits
- Broker Freight
- Utilize our industry-leading technology, including McLeod software
- Communicate effectively with customers and carriers
- Work closely with all EverGreen departments to ensure the efficiency of transactions and the satisfaction of all customers and carriers
- Provide exceptional customer service to all business partners
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission structure

Work Schedule and location:
7am-5pm- Monday through Friday

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
