Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Essential Responsibilities:

Ensure product specifications are met and that company policies and procedures are followed.

Conduct production equipment and room clearing.

Manage packaging line clearing.
-
Authorize rework as necessary.
-
Perform cleaning verifications.
-
Review in-process documentation.
-
Conduct yield investigations and product sampling.
-
Ensure the production of products meets the company’s stringent quality standards from start to finish.

Liaise with production and customer service departments to ensure that projects are initiated, executed, and completed according to federal regulations.

Conduct point step process reviews and materials reviews.

Verify labels against work orders to ensure product accuracy.

Manage line clearing and documentation control.

Ensure all employees adhere to cGMP requirements within the facility.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

English proficiency required.
