Travel RN - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Home Health position requiring an NJ or Compact license and strong recent Home Health experience.

Home Health setting providing in-home nursing care
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
13-week assignment
Patients are primarily those being discharged from hospitals and nursing facilities
Care involves wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, heart failure, diabetes, oncology, post-surgical, and orthopedic patients
Productivity expectation of 6 visits per day or equivalent, with admissions counted as 2 visits
Uses OASIS and EPIC EMR systems
Required to work every 5th weekend
Required to work every other holiday

Active NJ or Compact RN license required
Current BLS certification that does not expire within 30 days of assignment start date
Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health experience within the last 12 months
Med Surg skills required
OASIS and EPIC EMR experience required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Provide skilled home health nursing care to patients recently discharged from hospitals and nursing facilities
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with no exemptions
No mileage reimbursement provided
