MTB Home Furnishings is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect furniture, and contributing to a positive shopping experience in our store.
Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Requirements:
- At least every other weekend availability is required
- Ability to help lift, carry, load, and unload furniture when needed
- Well-groomed and well-mannered
- Must be drug and alcohol free
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features
- Offer recommendations and assist with product selection
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
