This is a highly physical, hands-on restaurant job where you cross-train on every station in the building. You will cook on the grill, run the fry station, prep ingredients, and manage the front counter. It fits someone who can handle working on their feet in a loud kitchen with temperature changes and hot oil.
What You Need
- Required:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- 1 to 2 years of job experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift 50+ pounds for an 8-hour shift
- Comfortable working around hot oil, loud noises, and fluctuating kitchen temperatures
Floor Duties
- Cook burgers to order on the grill and operate the fry station.
- Take customer orders at the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Prepare fresh ingredients at the dressing and morning prep stations.
- Clean the lobby, dining area, and kitchen equipment during your shift.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen crew to keep orders moving.
