Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Planisware Consultant to provide expert guidance in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Planisware Enterprise PPM v 7.1.3 (Apollo). The consultant will work closely with the Apollo Support and Planisware Support teams to ensure seamless project and portfolio management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with the Apollo Support team to understand business needs, workflows, and reporting requirements.
Configuration & Customization:
- Configure Planisware modules, including project, resource management, ideation, protective estimating, roadmaps, presentations, active tab, and strategic portfolio, to align with business processes.
- Customize and maintain workflows, dashboards, DQA, and reports based on Apollo Support team requirements.
- Enhance automation and AI capabilities as per organizational needs.
System Integration:
- Develop and implement integration solutions between Planisware and enterprise systems, including Codebeamer, Windchill, and SAP.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms.
- Synchronize project data, risks, deliverables, and critical information across systems.
Support & Maintenance:
- Collaborate with the Apollo Support team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Conduct quarterly system performance reviews and implement optimizations as needed.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all Planisware configurations adhere to current processes and documentation standards.
- Maintain records of configurations, workflows, integration processes, and system mapping for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Deliverables:
- Customized Planisware configurations tailored to business needs.
- Integration solutions and documentation for seamless interoperability with Codebeamer, Windchill, and SAP.
- Deployment of JSON, DMR, and other necessary files to the production environment.
- Log of production environment changes to be shared with Planisware.
- Quarterly system performance reports with updates and optimization recommendations.
Scope of Work:
- Updates to the Intake process workflow.
- Development and updates to reports.
- Configuration enhancements from the backlog.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in Planisware v 7.1 implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- 4-7 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI as an Enterprise Application Architect.
- 4-7 years of experience in Planview Project & Portfolio Management.
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management (PPM) principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
