Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Dialysis Registered Nurse (0.75 FTE). The Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Under the direction of the Manager of Ambulatory Services, the RN performs patient assessments, administers dialysis treatments and medications, monitors patient response, and intervenes appropriately during complications or emergencies. The RN collaborates with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes, promote patient education and self-management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, infection prevention practices, and quality improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing – Associates Degree in Nursing, diploma from hospital based school, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Wisconsin RN license

1+ years of dialysis related work experience

Federal-, State- and GHR-required credentials current and on file
-
CPR certification for adults and pediatrics

Work Schedule:

0.75 FTE - 60 hours per biweekly pay period

Mainly Monday through Friday

Occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed
