Duties
- Assist in developing and executing campaigns across various States and cities to boost brand visibility and engagement
- Support the planning and coordination of promotional events to attract new customers
- Collect and analyze data related to customer preferences, campaign performance, and market trends to inform marketing strategies
- Engage with customers through in-person interactions, providing client information and promoting brand offerings effectively
- Contribute to customer service efforts by addressing inquiries, handling sales objections, and fostering positive relationships with clients
- Support the team in managing Client Information updates and ensuring consistent branding across all channels
Experience
- Previous experience or familiarity with food service environments is a plus, demonstrating strong customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse audiences effectively
- Experience with data collection, analysis, or management tools is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills—public speaking or client communication experience will help you excel in engaging customers and representing the brand confidently
- Knowledge of promotional techniques enhances your ability to promote products convincingly
