We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help take 305 to the next level.
This is more than a cooking position. We're looking for a leader who can build systems, develop people, maintain exceptional standards, and take ownership of all kitchen operations while working alongside ownership to continue growing the restaurant.
Compensation
$26-$31/ hour
Based on experience, leadership, and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily kitchen operations
- Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Control food cost, waste, and labor
- Maintain cleanliness and health department standards
- Develop seasonal features and chef specials
- Foster a positive, professional kitchen culture
- Collaborate with ownership to continually elevate the guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for high-quality food and hospitality
- Experience with food costing, inventory, and kitchen systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity balanced with consistency and attention to detail
