Bartender – Old Mission Distilling
Old Mission Distilling is looking for an energetic, personable bartender to join our team. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to help create a welcoming experience for our guests.
This role is more than just making drinks — we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team-focused, community-driven atmosphere and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting cocktails and serving beer, wine, and spirits
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating guest connections
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Preparing house-made syrups, cocktail ingredients, and batch recipes
- Assisting with bar prep, stocking, and organization
- Maintaining cleanliness and following safety/sanitation standards
- Supporting events and high-volume service periods
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs (kegs)
- Bartending experience preferred, but personality, reliability, and willingness to learn matter too
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
