We've closed over $50M in annual volume and 100+ transactions a year — not by working harder in isolation, but by building a team where agents actually get fed leads, backed by admin, and coached to close.
Whether you're brand new and ready to learn, or experienced and tired of doing it all yourself, there's a seat here for the right person.
What you'll get:
- Leads handed to you — we have an inside sales team and active lead systems feeding our agents. You spend your time with clients, not cold-prospecting from scratch.
- A full support team behind you — dedicated admin, transaction coordination, and marketing so you're not buried in paperwork. You sell; we handle the back end.
- Real training & coaching — top-tier coaching (Tom Ferry and more), plus hands-on mentorship from a team leader who's built $1M+ in GCI in under four years.
- Serious earning potential — commission structure with listing and buyer bonuses rewarding the agents who produce. Your income is uncapped and tied to your effort.
What you'll do:
- Work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Metro Atlanta
- Convert provided leads into clients and closings
- Guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and contract-to-close
- Represent the TJS brand: relationship-first, client-for-life service
What we're looking for:
- An active Georgia real estate license — OR a serious commitment to get licensed (we'll point you the right way)
- Self-motivated, coachable, and genuinely good with people
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a big plus — we serve a strong Chinese-speaking community and investor base, but it's not required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work some evenings/weekends (it's real estate!)
