Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Loader / Unloader to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading shipments, ensuring the safe handling of materials, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help keep our distribution processes running seamlessly, supporting timely deliveries and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload goods using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, and other heavy machinery
- Assist with order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate shipment processing
- Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting and precise placement of items on pallets or storage areas
- Conduct shipping and receiving duties, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks following OSHA safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency
- Support inventory management through accurate materials handling and documentation
Qualifications
- Proven warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving experience
- Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, RF scanners, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other warehouse machinery
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is preferred
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly
- Experience with warehouse management systems and order picker technology is a plus
