Leasing & Resident Services Coordinator

Colorado Springs, CO | 30–40 Hours/Week | In-Office + Field Showings
Livingood Property Management is a locally owned and growing property management company serving residents and property owners throughout Colorado Springs. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and service-minded team member to support leasing activity, resident communication, property showings, and day-to-day office coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and balancing office responsibilities with in-person property showings throughout the Colorado Springs area.
Core Responsibilities Leasing & Showings
- Respond to leasing inquiries and showing requests
- Coordinate and schedule property showings
- Conduct in-person property showings throughout Colorado Springs
- Follow up with prospective tenants regarding applications and next steps
- Assist with lease renewals and leasing workflow
Resident Communication & Office Support
- Answer incoming office calls from residents, prospects, owners, and vendors
- Assist with general resident communication and basic tenant questions
- Route maintenance requests and escalated concerns appropriately
- Help maintain organized office communication and workflow
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records in AppFolio and related systems
- Scan, upload, and organize documents
- Assist with move-in and move-out coordination
- Coordinate vendor scheduling and property access when needed
- Support general office organization and operational follow-through

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving to local properties for showings
- Basic proficiency with office technology and software systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AppFolio
- Experience with ShowMojo
- Experience with Google Workspace, Dropbox, and DocuSign
- Experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, office administration, customer service, medical office environments, or other service-oriented roles
We are willing to train the right candidate with strong organizational and communication skills, even without direct property management experience.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Core office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Additional showing availability is scheduled flexibly throughout the week
- Some later afternoon/evening showings and occasional Saturday availability are required
- Typical schedule will average approximately 30–40 hours per week depending on showing volume and operational needs
- This role combines in-office work with regular travel to local properties for showings

Compensation
- $20–24/hour depending on experience
- Mileage reimbursement available for property showings
