Job Summary:
Premier Bone & Joint Centers is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic practice. This position primarily performs X-ray imaging and may also assist with MRI imaging, C-Arm procedures, and related radiology operations depending on experience, training, and department needs.
This is a blended clinical role that includes diagnostic imaging, patient rooming, and front desk support responsibilities to help ensure exceptional patient care and efficient clinic operations. MRI experience is welcomed but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.

Produce high-quality diagnostic images while following radiation safety standards.

Position and educate patients regarding imaging procedures.

Review, post-process, and transmit studies through PACS.

Assist with MRI and C-Arm procedures as needed based on training and credentials.

Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
Clinic and Front Desk Support:

Support daily clinic operations by assisting with patient flow and physician schedules.

Check patients in and out using the EMR and practice management systems.

Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required paperwork.

Schedule patient appointments and assist with appointment coordination.

Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately.

Room patients and obtain basic clinical information as directed.

Assist patients with mobility, transfers, dressing, and exam preparation.

Scan and maintain patient records and consent forms.

Collect co-pays and other patient payments.

Support clinic operations through documentation, stocking, room preparation, cast removal, and other assigned duties.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
-
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

ARRT Certification in Radiography (R).
-
Current Wyoming Radiologic Technologist License.

Current BLS Certification.

Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
MRI experience and/or ARRT (MR) certification.

Orthopedic or outpatient imaging experience.

Experience with PACS and C-Arm procedures.

Fingering/Grasping - Must be able to type and write, as well as maneuver patients for transport and procedures. Must be able to perform duties requiring fine motor skills. - Constant
