- Inbound Logistics & Inventory Management:
Handle incoming shipments, primarily from China and Southeast Asia. Maintain accurate and timely inventory records including receiving, shipping, stock levels, and cycle counts. Monitor inventory to ensure adequate supply and avoid stockouts.
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
Prepare and pack orders, ensuring compliance with packaging and labeling requirements. Print and attach shipping labels, manage barcode tracking, and ensure timely dispatch. Collaborate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Logistics Coordination & Vendor Management:
Coordinate with shipping and logistics providers, arrange shipments, and verify invoices. Assist with processing logistics costs and ensure financial accuracy.
- Sales & Operations Support:
Support the sales team with shipping and logistics execution. Help optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in office software (e.g., WPS Office, Excel) for inventory tracking and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Work Ethic: Responsible, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred.
