Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Manage inventory control to ensure proper stock levels, reduce waste, and maintain food quality
- Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Monitor food safety compliance and implement best practices for food handling and hygiene standards
- Conduct shift management by coordinating schedules, overseeing staff performance, and resolving operational issues promptly
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction
Skills
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Proven track record in restaurant management with supervision experience in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures
- Skilled in inventory control, food safety management, and food production processes
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing hospitality teams, training staff, and conducting interviews
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as shift management, budgeting, and profit analysis while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
