Lead day-to-day field operations on a ground-up high-rise project

Develop, manage, and enforce project schedules, sequencing, and logistics plans

Oversee and coordinate all subcontractors, trades, and field staff

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Drive look-ahead planning and proactively resolve jobsite challenges

Partner closely with Project Management to maintain budget, schedule, and client expectations

Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and reporting

Manage complex vertical construction sequencing, including structural systems, curtainwall, MEP integration, and finishes

Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and inspectors

Lead project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover
