Caring Transitions of West Palm Beach South is looking for a hands-on, highly organized Warehouse & Field Logistics Manager to help oversee the day-to-day execution of our growing relocation, estate sale, cleanout, and downsizing business.
This is not a desk-only position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team, solving problems in real time, managing multiple projects, and jumping in when needed to make sure every job is completed professionally and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily field operations, crews, vehicles, equipment, and job schedules
- Oversee warehouse organization, inventory, supplies, and incoming/outgoing items
- Lead team members on moves, cleanouts, estate sales, packing, unpacking, and other client projects
- Conduct job-site walkthroughs and help determine staffing, equipment, and logistical needs
- Make sure projects remain on schedule and meet company quality standards
- Communicate with clients, vendors, team members, and management throughout projects
- Help train, supervise, and hold field employees accountable
- Coordinate truck loading, deliveries, donations, disposal, storage, and transportation
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during jobs and develop practical solutions
- Maintain organized records related to projects, inventory, vehicles, and equipment
- Help continually improve operational systems as the company grows
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, confident, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
Experience in any of the following is especially valuable:
- Moving or relocation services
- Warehousing or logistics
- Estate sales
- Property cleanouts
- Restoration
- Construction or property services
- Home services
- Transportation
- Project management
- Team or field-service management
You should be comfortable managing people while also being willing to work alongside the team when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership, logistics, warehouse, project management, or field operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working in homes, senior communities, estates, warehouses, and other job-site environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with moving and estate-related projects
- Flexible availability depending on project schedules
