Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise residential roofing crews.
- Install roofing systems.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site.
- Communicate with homeowners professionally.
- Manage materials, equipment, and daily job progress.
- Perform quality inspections before job completion.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential roofing experience preferred.
- Previous experience leading a roofing crew.
- Strong knowledge of shingle installation.
- Ability to read work orders and plans.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work comfortably on roofs and ladders.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
