Join our dynamic automotive team as an Autobody Collision Repair Manager/Estimator, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle repairs and customer satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will lead a skilled team of technicians, oversee collision repair operations, and deliver accurate estimates that ensure quality work and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations and workflow
- Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Lead, mentor, and motivate technicians and front office staff
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies
- Monitor KPIs, cycle time, and profitability
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Handle estimates, supplements, and final billing as needed
- Maintain strong DRP and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in collision repair management/estimating (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of estimating systems (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
