What You'll Do
· Answer inbound calls from customers requesting moving services.
· Convert leads into booked moves.
· Follow up on estimates and previous inquiries.
· Build rapport and understand each customer’s moving needs.
· Educate customers on our services and recommend the best solutions.
· Maintain accurate notes and customer information in our CRM.
· Work with our estimating and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
· Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
Qualifications
· Sales experience required (inside sales, moving industry, home services, or related field preferred).
· Strong communication and listening skills.
· Professional phone presence.
· Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems.
· Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.
