Quality Control Property Inspector — $20.00/hour — Travel Required
Part-time, 15–25 hrs/week | Day shift | Experience required | Reliable vehicle required
We're not hiring bodies. We're hiring people who take pride in their work.
If you've ever walked into a space, immediately clocked everything that wasn't right, and just fixed it without making it a whole thing — we want to talk to you.
What the role actually involves:
You'll travel between our Airbnb properties after cleaning turnovers to inspect quality and make sure each one meets standard before guests arrive. When a property doesn't meet the bar, you'll make the corrections yourself on the spot, and the cleaning team responsible gets sent back to address it going forward. Since you're often one of the last people on-site before check-in, the role also covers whatever else the property needs in the moment — closet organization, light maintenance, inventory checks, item drop-offs, and other last-minute tasks between bookings. This role exists because standards matter to us — you're the last line of defense before a guest walks in.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in property or hospitality quality control is required. This isn't an entry-level role — we need someone who already knows what "done right" looks like and can spot what's wrong fast.
- A reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance — required, since you'll be traveling between properties
- Comfort handling a flexible mix of tasks beyond inspection — organization, light maintenance, and whatever a property needs before check-in
- The ability to walk into a bad situation, fix it, and move on without drama or complaint
- Sharp attention to detail and honest, direct communication when something isn't up to standard
- Comfort working independently and making judgment calls without someone standing over you
What you can expect from us:
- $20.00/hour, flat rate for your time
- 15–25 hours per week, day shift
- A role with real autonomy and real responsibility — you're trusted to make the call
- A team that respects your time and runs a tight, organized process
Before you apply — the practical details, no surprises:
- This is a travel role. You'll drive between multiple properties in the Pocono area throughout your shift, using your own vehicle.
- A reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance are required. No exceptions.
- Experience in property/hospitality quality control is required — please don't apply without it.
- Fluent English required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
This isn't for you if:
- You don't have direct QC or hospitality inspection experience
- You don't have your own reliable transportation
- You're not comfortable with a varied, flexible workload
- You make problems bigger than they need to be instead of just solving them
- You need constant supervision to get the job done right
We keep our team small and standards high, which means openings don't stay open long. If this sounds like your kind of work, apply now — we read every application and move fast on the right people.
