Duties

- Support meal assembly and presentation to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Follow strict food handling procedures to uphold food safety standards and prevent contamination
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication during meal production
- Adhere to safety standards in production environments, including proper knife skills and equipment usage
Skills
- Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols and maintaining hygienic workspaces
