Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and provide direct nursing care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
- Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate changes in condition to the appropriate providers.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Follow all clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures.
- Advocate for patients by promoting quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
