The Opportunity
Skip the desk job and the afternoon traffic. Quantum Services is adding an Inventory Audit Associate to our Medford division. This role is built for independent workers who thrive on early morning schedules, daily local travel, and precise data management. You will travel to different retail client sites each day, running inventory counts and delivering real-time financial reporting. Target candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of Medford (97501) for daily routing. No experience required—we provide full, paid on-the-job training.
Core Responsibilities
Stock Auditing: Conduct fast, accurate inventory counts of convenience store merchandise using a 10-key handheld machine.
Data Verification: Match physical stock against system numbers and resolve discrepancies on-site.
Financial Reporting: Generate and hand over finalized audit reports directly to store management before leaving the site.
Customer Relations: Serve as a professional, reliable representative of Quantum Services to our retail partners.
Daily Commute: Travel daily to scheduled client locations throughout the local territory.
Requirements
Mobility: A valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle for daily site travel are required.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive movements including kneeling, squatting, and working inside stockrooms or walk-in coolers.
