Pay: Competitive (Based on experience) + Weekly Pay + Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Just Perfect Lawn Care has proudly served Northeast Ohio since 2006. We are actively hiring dependable Landscaping Crew Members /Rehab Flippers/ General Laborers for the 2026 season. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing)
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with landscaping installation, mulch, planting, and property maintenance
- Complete general labor and outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Support property preservation and construction/rehab projects during winter
- Perform light construction tasks (painting, demolition, flooring, basic plumbing/electrical)
- Work independently or as part of a landscaping crew (crew leader opportunities available)
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, groundskeeping, or general labor preferred
- Familiarity with mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Basic construction or handyman skills a plus (willing to train)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs
- Experience leading a landscaping crew is a plus
