Instant Offer Furniture is growing, and we’re looking for one reliable, motivated team members to join our operations team as Delivery Drivers / Customer Outreach Associates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, providing excellent customer experiences, and is comfortable flexing between driving, furniture handling, and customer communication.
Position Overview
As a Delivery Driver at Instant Offer Furniture, you’ll be responsible for safely picking up and delivering furniture orders placed through our retail store and website while creating a positive customer experience from start to finish. Team members in this role will also assist with customer outreach and communication as needed.
You’ll operate a company-provided 16-foot box truck and work closely with our warehouse team to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and professionally.
Schedule
- Full-Time (W-2 Position)
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $45,000 annual salary + Tips (Our Drivers on Average Make $25-75 in tips a Day)
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver residential furniture orders
- Safely load, unload, move, and transport furniture
- Handle products with care to prevent damage
- Provide professional and friendly customer interactions
- Assist with customer outreach and delivery coordination when needed
- Maintain delivery schedules and communicate delays proactively
- Inspect furniture before and after transport
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to support daily operations
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly

- General residential furniture
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to:
- Warehouse Associate
- Warehouse Manager
Qualifications
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Comfortable lifting and moving furniture throughout the day
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving habits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous moving or furniture delivery experience is a plus, but not required
